Kristin Hendricks grew up in La Jolla and, after graduating from La Jolla High, moved to Beverly Hills to work alongside top Hollywood talent. She later studied Digital Arts at UCSD—before the age of social media—and has spent the past 12 years building a successful career in real estate. Launching Team Hendricks Homes while becoming a mother, Kristin is proud to grow both her family and her business in the vibrant community of Bird Rock.

Nick Hendricks grew up in La Jolla, where he played both football and baseball. He attended college in Boston, later spending time in Chicago before returning home to Bird Rock. A true foodie who loves to cook, Nick enjoys raising his son in the very neighborhood where he grew up. Known for being the first to lend a hand, he is passionate about real estate and takes pride in helping clients buy and sell in his hometown.

Florence’s return from retirement to support the family business speaks to her grit, dedication, and deep sense of purpose. With over 40 years of sales experience and more than 350 homes sold across San Diego and Baja Sur, Mexico, she brings a level of expertise earned only through decades of proven success. Rooted in family and driven by heart, Florence’s devotion shines well beyond her career. In her spare time, she loves caring for her grandson.
