Born and raised in La Jolla, Nick Hendricks carries forward a deep connection to the community he proudly serves. His family legacy is woven into the fabric of San Diego. His grandmother, Paddy Hendricks, was a beloved member of Mary, Star of the Sea Church, while his grandfather, Dale Naegle, was one of San Diego's sixty Master Architects, responsible for designing some of the region's most iconic coastal homes. Inspired by this heritage, Nick's passion for real estate is deeply personal. He specializes in trust and estate sales, helping families navigate complex transactions with discretion, clarity, and compassion during important life transitions. 

Known for his willingness to help others and his calm, steady approach, Nick finds genuine fulfillment in guiding clients through one of life's most meaningful decisions. His long-term dream is to restore one of his grandfather's architectural works and help preserve historically significant homes throughout San Diego. A lifelong athlete and active member of the Bird Rock Community Council, Nick brings discipline, teamwork, and integrity to every client relationship. Nick lives in Bird Rock with his wife, Kristin, and their son, Colton, where they enjoy the coastal lifestyle that makes this community so special.

Kristin Hendricks combines creative vision with strategic expertise to deliver marketing that is both sophisticated and highly effective.A La Jolla native, Kristin's family has deep roots in the community. Her grandfather moved to La Jolla in the 1970s to launch his pharmaceutical company and help establish what would become the area's renowned Science Park. Today, Kristin is proud to raise her own family in the same community she has always called home.

Before entering real estate, Kristin built her career in Hollywood and Beverly Hills, working alongside acclaimed actors, directors, and producers. She also attended the Cannes Advertising Festival, experiences that sharpened the storytelling and marketing instincts she brings to every property she represents.

A graduate of UC San Diego with a degree in Digital Arts, Kristin developed expertise in design, photography, videography, and visual communication long before social media transformed the industry. Combined with more than twelve years of real estate experience and representation of properties valued over $35 million, she creates tailored marketing strategies that elevate each home while maintaining a warm, personal touch. Known for her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and refined yet approachable style, Kristin is passionate about helping clients achieve outstanding results.

Florence Sarah Pollard brings warmth, wisdom, and decades of real-world experience to Team Hendricks Homes.

As a single mother raising her family in La Jolla, Florence built a life through determination, resilience, and hard work. Over the years, she personally bought, renovated, sold, and invested in numerous properties throughout La Jolla and San Diego, giving her a firsthand understanding of the emotions, challenges, and opportunities that come with every real estate decision. 

With more than 40 years of sales experience and over 350 homes sold throughout San Diego and Baja Sur, Mexico, Florence has guided clients through virtually every type of market and transaction imaginable. 

Known for her genuine care for people, Florence has always believed that real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping families create opportunities, build wealth, and find a place to call their own.
