They managed the sale of our family property held in a trust with exceptional professionalism, unique marketing, dedication and care. We had a lot of questions, and they answered everyone of them with patience and clarity. Nick always discussed the pros and con's whenever we had an offer. He never pushed just to close a deal - he always had our best interest in mind. I always appreciated their communication skills, and availability anytime we called or texted. Nick and Kristin have been incredible to work with throughout this entire process. From the start they’ve been friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Their communication has always been prompt and clear, which made everything feel so much more easier.

This is one of the biggest life decisions our family has made. During the process I had to go back to the property several times to check reports, measurements, and get contractor quotes. every single time I felt like I was being “too much” but Nick always made himself available. He never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. His transparency, knowledge of the property, and willingness to make it a priority gave me a ton of confidence to move forward.

On top of everything, they were incredibly compassionate and patient with our little kids running around during walkthroughs. Our kids can be high energy, and Nick and Kristin were nothing but welcoming and understanding. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience feel comfortable.

Even after closing they’ve helped me navigate all the requirements for the Mills Act and have gone far beyond what anyone would expect. Nick even hired a cleaner to make sure the house was ready before our move in, something he absolutely didn’t have to do but it meant a lot to us.

Nick and Kristin have truly been more than just agents they’ve been supporters and honest throughout this journey. I’m genuinely grateful for everything they’ve done, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.
