Nick grew up in La Jolla, where his family has been rooted for generations. His grandmother, Paddy Hendricks, was a beloved matriarch of Mary, Star of the Sea Church, and his grandfather, Dale Naegle, was one of San Diego’s sixty Master Architects — known for designing some of the region’s most iconic coastal homes.

Guided by this legacy, Nick’s love for real estate is deeply personal. He is known for his willingness to help anyone — always the first to lend a hand — and he finds real fulfillment in guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. Beyond sales, Nick dreams of one day owning one of his grandfather’s homes and restoring historically significant properties throughout San Diego.

A lifelong athlete, Nick brings the same discipline, teamwork, and grit from his football and baseball years into his real estate career. He lives in Bird Rock with Kristin and their son, Colton, and cherishes their active coastal lifestyle — from beach days and family walks to cooking, fitness, and building their business with purpose.

Kristin’s roots in La Jolla also run deep. Her grandfather moved to the area in the 1970s to launch his pharmaceutical company and help establish what would become La Jolla’s Science Park. Following in her family’s footsteps, Kristin’s mother attended La Jolla High — and today, Kristin is proud to raise her own family in the same vibrant community.

Her career began early. Before real estate, Kristin worked in Hollywood and Beverly Hills alongside acclaimed actors, directors, and producers, even attending the Cannes Advertising Festival, where she honed the creative instincts that now shape her real estate marketing.

With a Digital Arts degree from UCSD — earned before the rise of social media — Kristin brings a rare foundation in design, photography, videography, and storytelling. Paired with more than 12 years of real estate experience, she has represented properties across the spectrum, including estates valued over $35 million. Kristin thrives on crafting strategic, high-impact campaigns that blend luxury marketing with a warm, personal touch.

Known for her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and refined yet approachable style, she consistently delivers elevated results for her clients.

Florence’s return from retirement to support the family business speaks to her grit, dedication, and deep sense of purpose. With over 40 years of sales experience and more than 350 homes sold across San Diego and Baja Sur, Mexico, she brings a level of expertise earned only through decades of proven success.

Rooted in family and driven by heart, Florence’s devotion shines well beyond her career. In her spare time, she loves caring for her grandson, Colton — a role that brings her immense joy and reflects her naturally nurturing spirit.

In 2024, Nick and Kristin combined their talents to launch Team Hendricks Homes — all while welcoming their first child, Colton Naegle Hendricks.
